Ereto Maasai Women Group - Music
The Ereto Maasai Women Group working with two Dutchmen, Jeroen Harderwijk and Jasja Zuidmeer, produced a CD called ”Maigisa, Songs of the Maasai”. This web site explains the mission of the Ereto Maasai Women Group, describes the production of the CD, provides the song lyrics from CD. The web site also contains several short lucid sections on various aspects of Maasai culture.

Friends of Conservation
FOC was founded in 1982 to help prevent wildlife and habitat degradation in the Masai Mara - one of the most ecologically important regions of the world. FOC’s fieldwork is currently managed from three Community Conservation Centre areas surrounding the Masai Mara National Reserve. Through these centers, FOC works to promote a balance between the needs of local people and those of the wildlife with which they share their habitat and environment
